Today’s most sought-after job perk is…
I was reading earlier today an article that claimed that “Today’s most sought-after job perk is integrity.” Corporate integrity is at the top of employee “wish lists” for people seeking first or new jobs. Bummer news for the manager and organization that doesn’t know how to nurture a culture of trust. It doesn’t mean they won’t be able to hire people… just not the best people. Because the best people, the ones with integrity, are looking for a community where this is a shared value.
My wife and I have long loved a quote that says in effect that … “It is better to be trusted than to be loved.” (think about it).  I love alot of people that I don’t necessarily trust. At the same time there some people I would and do trust with my life, but I don’t or may not love them. But I do love the fact that I can trust them. I love that they are people of integrity.
Having integrity is not the result of an accident but of pure intent. Have it, seek it, live it and there is a very good chance those looking for integrity will find you. Integrity is attractive in so many ways.
Speaking of Attractive… let me tell you about my wife Rebecca![]()
Thing 1)-Â my wife’s web blog rebeccaweisler.wordpress.com .Â
It is associated with her participation in a national pageant where she will be promoting her platform of “Strengthening our Nation by Strengthening our Families“.Â
She competes in Chicago next week for the title of Mrs International. But around our house we already consider to Mrs. Wonderful, Mrs. Awesome, Mrs. Universe and perhaps the most important title of all…. we consider her to be “Mother” aka Mom.Â

I tell ya my friend, there are days you take my breath away… I have always maintained you can have flawed actions and issues but if you are integritous in the pursuit, no one can assail your character. Made my day. I had this pep talk with my team just yesterday. Ella
