Kicking those responsible for our troubles

So true isn’t it and when you realise your own predicaments it makes you feel all the more ashamed that you could let it get you down when you think of how many in the world, aren’t remotely responsible for their own troubles or have been born into trouble – those who have an abusive upbringing, those in third world countries, those born into war torn countries. Maybe six months is severely understating it?
