While it takes courage to stand up and speak, it takes more than courage to sit and listen because there is always that chance of not liking what will be said. Courage, absolutely, fortitude and poise, grace under pressure and a style that communicates to the speaker that they are important and worth every minute of your investment in them. ella HDI Motown
